NIKE

Every 6 months all Nike Factory Stores (apprx. 110 stores) within the region of my responsibility (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Poland and Scandinavia) where reviewed and updated in terms of category split, product optimization and fixture placement. 

My role: lead, steer, and collaborate with buying, allocation and Regional Directors to create optimized seasonal store layouts.
