FAN INVOLVEMENT

A concept that I have developed around fan involvement. 

This example is tailored to the Swedish Biathlon organisation. 


For this concept I researched the digital relationship that sports clubs and organisations have buildup with their fans. 

I encountered a couple of challenges that I placed as the basis for building this concept: 

- The sports industry is into community business. 

- How the move from internet 1.0 to internet 2.0 could look like for the sports industry. 

- Moving strategy from fan engagement to fan involvement. 

- How sports organisations and fans could benefit from an involved interaction.
